These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Diversity.Aero website, including educational program information and the Aerospace Careers board. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Educational programs

Descriptions, prices, schedules, and availability are provided for informational purposes and may change. Submitting an interest or early-access form does not guarantee enrollment or reserve a place. Any enrollment, payment, cancellation, or refund terms should be provided and accepted separately before a paid program begins.

2. Third-party aerospace job listings

Diversity.Aero displays job opportunities retrieved from external employers and job-posting services. Listings may be updated, changed, withdrawn, or filled without notice. Job titles, locations, compensation, requirements, and application deadlines are determined by the employer. We do not independently verify every posting or guarantee its accuracy, continued availability, an interview, or employment.

When you select “View & Apply,” you leave Diversity.Aero and interact directly with a third-party website under its own terms and privacy practices. Diversity.Aero is not the hiring employer and does not receive or process job applications through the Careers board as currently implemented.

References to employers, agencies, and other organizations do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or a recruiting partnership.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Diversity.Aero name, original website design, and original materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party job information, company names, and linked content remain associated with their respective owners. Do not reproduce original Diversity.Aero materials without permission except as allowed by applicable law.

5. External services

The site links to and may load content from external services, including Google Forms and employer career platforms. We are not responsible for the operation, content, or policies of third-party websites.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site useful and current, but provide it on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every third-party listing will load successfully. Nothing on the Careers board constitutes a guarantee of employment or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diversity.Aero is not liable for losses arising from reliance on third-party job listings, interruptions, or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Job listing takedown and correction requests

Diversity.Aero aggregates publicly available employment opportunities from third-party recruitment platforms and employer career websites. We respect the rights of employers, recruitment agencies, and other affected parties concerning job listings displayed on our site.

Employers, authorized representatives, rights holders, and other affected parties may request the removal or correction of a listing by emailing diversity.aero@gmail.com with the subject line Job Listing Takedown Request.

Please include the job title, company name, relevant listing URL, and a brief explanation of the requested removal or correction.

We will review requests promptly and take appropriate action, including removing, correcting, or excluding listings from future aggregation where warranted. We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion, without prior notice.

We also welcome reports of expired, inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent job postings.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
