This Privacy Policy explains how the Diversity.Aero website handles information when you browse its pages, explore aerospace jobs, or submit an interest form. It describes the website implementation available as of the effective date.

1. Information you provide

The website links to Google Forms for launch-list and early-access inquiries. Information you choose to enter in those forms is processed through Google Forms and may be available to Diversity.Aero for responding to your inquiry. Review each form before submitting, and avoid sharing information that is not requested or necessary.

2. Careers board

The Aerospace Careers board currently requests published job data directly from external Greenhouse job-board endpoints in your browser. Search terms and category selections are used on the page to filter the displayed jobs; the website code does not submit those search terms to Diversity.Aero for storage. Selecting a job takes you to the employer’s application website, where the employer’s privacy policy applies.

3. Third-party services and technical information

The site loads resources from third parties, including Google Fonts, Tailwind’s content-delivery network, Unsplash images, Google Forms when opened, and Greenhouse job-board APIs. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser connects to them, according to their own policies. Website hosting and content-delivery services may also process ordinary technical request logs.

4. Children and students

Diversity.Aero offers educational opportunities that may interest minors. Parents or guardians should handle inquiries and enrollment for children where appropriate. Do not submit sensitive information about a child through a public interest form. Additional notices and consent arrangements may be necessary before collecting personal information directly from children or enrolling them in programs.

5. Use and sharing

Information submitted through interest forms may be used to respond to inquiries and communicate about relevant Diversity.Aero opportunities, consistent with the information and choices presented in the form. The website also relies on the third-party services described above. This policy does not claim that every provider's collection or retention practices are controlled by Diversity.Aero.

6. Retention, access, and requests

Information submitted through external forms may remain in those services until removed according to the operator’s practices and the provider’s retention controls. For questions about a submission, use the contact or reply method provided in the relevant Diversity.Aero form or correspondence. A dedicated privacy contact channel should be published before broader collection of personal information begins.

7. Updates

This notice may change as Diversity.Aero adds payments, analytics, student accounts, or other features. Material new collection or use of personal information should be reflected here before those features launch.
